Operation & Runtime Verification

Tested at 0°C, and 20°C

We rigorously test heating consistency across temperature gradients using constant temperature chambers and data loggers.

Performance Data (15000mAh @ 12V 2A):
  • High (50°C): 4.6 Hours Runtime
  • Medium (40°C): 7.0 Hours Runtime
  • Low (30°C): 14.0 Hours Runtime

*Verified stable operation at -20°C environment.

Stress & Safety Limits

Our lab pushes components to failure so they won't fail you in the field.

  • Cable Bending Test: Cables undergo a 90° swing with a 500g load at a frequency of 38 times/min.

We perform real-world machine wash verification using standard washers, dryers, and DC power supplies to check post-wash conductivity.
